You might look better in those jeans than I do, but that doesn’t mean you’re healthier! This applies the other way too, but I think that it is a more common misconception that people who aren’t necessarily “thin” must eat unhealthily, or that they’ll have more problems with their bodies in the future.

Something that will help you a lot to is exercising at least 4 or 5 days a week.

Everyone needs to hear this from time to time. Personally, I have the hardest time doing any exercise during the first day or two of my period—so this is handy to keep in mind.
